Shay At The Pumpkin Patch

This pumkin patch was actually closed when we got there. Unfortunately, the pumpkins had been frozen in shipment so they all started to rot when they arrived. But, Shay had fun running around and playing with the pumpkins regardless.

He carried around this little squash for a while.

And of course, we had to smell the flowers!

He found great delight in sticking his finger into this rotting pumpkin. What a BOY!

Seward Farm

We've been having trouble with our blog for a while so please excuse our lack of posts. We're trying to figure out the problem. Anyway, we took Shay to Seward Farm last weekend for their fall harvest festival and annual corn maze. Shay enjoyed everything we did, but of course the tractors were the biggest hit. We ended up doing the hayride 3 times and Shay had to sit right behind the tractor that pulled us!

Nona, this is supposed to be a video, but for some reason, we can't upload it right now. We'll work on it and hopefully have a new favorite video for you!

This was the tractor that pulled the hayride. Shay didn't understand why I wouldn't let him play on this tractor.

If we could all learn to appreciate the little things in life like a child... Shay was in his glory!

Round 2 on the hayride.

"Pack this up, Mom and Dad! We'll take it to go!"

Seamus and his best buddy, Zathan, were fascinated with the flowers and the butterflies they attracted.

Always take time to stop and smell the flowers!
