In between bouts of sickness, we were well enough to celebrate Easter- our first and only here in Ecuador. We were thankful to have the opportunity to celebrate with our little parish at the Dominican Chapel. After Mass, they held a parish breakfast complete with an egg hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny- our friend Matt was roped into duty...
